The Junction restaurant in Pagosa Springs Colorado includes both a restaurant and gift shop. As the name implies, The Junction restaurant is located at the “junction” of highway 84 and highway 160. The large gravel parking area can’t be missed. It’s a great spot to grab a bite to eat on your way to Wolf Creek to ski or on your way out for a hike. Stop by one of the longest running restaurants in town to fill up on food and grab some souvenirs. They are open daily from 6:30am until 8pm and offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Junction is certainly one of the best breakfast restaurants in Pagosa. The breakfast menu has many dishes to choose from. Portions and large and will definitely fill you up. For breakfast, try the Huevos Rancheros with the chile sauce. You’ll have the choice of red or green chile sauce, or you can choose the ‘Christmas’ chile for a mix of the two. Griddle breakfast items include pancakes, French toast and waffles.
