The owner also has another location in Brush, Colorado, which seems to be well-received, with customers praising the food and the overall dining experience.
This location was the old Pagosa Brewing Company’s bar and restaurant. The previous owner of Pagosa Brewing still owns the building while the sushi restaurant is leasing the building and equipment. It will be obvious that Pagosa Brewing was once located here as the current operators are using glasses and tables with the Pagosa Brewing Logo still visible. If you had once visited the old brewery, you’ll recognize the interior of the current restaurant as not much has changed inside. However, none of it really matters as Pagosa Springs Colorado has a Japanese and Sushi restaurant now.
Popular dishes are the sushi rolls, sushi combo, sashimi combo and Ramen. The Pagosa Springs area has gone without a sushi and Japanese restaurant for a couple of years now, and it’s great to have sushi again. The food is worth trying and is better than average. Prices are higher than average for the region but worth the cost for a good sushi option in Pagosa.
