The Rose
The Rose is a classic diner located downtown, and breakfast is served until closing at 2pm. The menu includes all of the classic breakfast dish including omelets, pancakes and waffles, but they also have some of the not so common breakfast specialties such as corned beef hash, chile cheese potatoes, a breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros.
The breakfast portions are large and will fill up any appetite. For instance, the Breakfast Burrito is the full size length of the plate and the Western hash browns overflow the plate. The green chili sauce (or gravy) is wonderful, and should be added if available for your option. The coffee is good and is unlimited.
