Wolf Creek Ski Area Opens October 22nd

The wait is finally over for skiers and snowboarders in the Four Corners region – Wolf Creek Ski Area opens for the 2024-2025 season on Tuesday, October 22nd. This marks one of the earliest openings in the ski area’s history. Wolf Creek will be opening for 7-day-a-week operations for it’s 85th season. Located just 20 miles northeast of Pagosa Springs, Wolf Creek is known for receiving some of the highest annual snowfall totals in Colorado, with an average of over 430 inches per season. The 4th annual Loggerpalooza event is coming up on February 10th 2024 at Motel Soco. As in years past, the competition will begin around 10am and last for about 4-5 hours. At 3pm BBQ Playboys begin playing on the El Camino lounge stage. Loggerpalooza 2024 Events Three main events for both men and women:
